Job Description

Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
Involve in stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers
Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately
Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed
Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

5 days work week including both weekends
Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Fluent in English.
Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
Good team player, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets

Working hours:

5 days work week include weekends

10am to 7pm
