🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, technical design, testing, deployment, and production support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Workday Change Management

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, from assessment and development through testing and deployment.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess change impacts and obtain required approvals.

• Maintain accurate change documentation and ensure updates follow Workday standards.

🔹 Integration Development & Support

• Build and support Workday integrations using:

  • EIB

  • Core Connectors

  • Workday Studio

  • SOAP / REST Web Services

• Perform requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Troubleshoot integration and data-mapping issues.

🔹 Stakeholder & Documentation Management

• Coordinate with Workday HCM and Financials teams.

• Maintain integration documentation, technical specifications, and data mappings.

• Develop and execute test scripts for integration changes.

• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution.

✅ Required Qualifications & Experience

• 💼 Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.

• 🔗 Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.

• 🛠️ Proven experience in integration troubleshooting and production support.

• 📋 Experience preparing technical specifications and test scripts.

• 🔄 Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services.

• 🤝 Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
