Network Architect – Cisco Meraki

Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Network Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise infrastructure, with a specialized focus on Cisco Meraki solutions. This pivotal role involves defining strategic network roadmaps, ensuring robust connectivity across hybrid environments, and maintaining the highest standards of security and performance. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) while overseeing complex routing, switching, and security architectures to support critical business operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions to optimize traffic flow and application performance.
  
• Design comprehensive network topologies encompassing routing, switching, and security protocols using Cisco and Barracuda technologies.
  
• Manage and configure next-generation firewalls, including Cisco ASA and Barracuda, to enforce strict security policies.
  
• Implement Zero Trust security frameworks utilizing Netskope SASE for secure access service edge capabilities.
  
• Oversee identity and address management systems, including DHCP and IPAM, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  
• Administer unified communications platforms, specifically Cisco CUCM and VoIP systems, to support enterprise voice and collaboration needs.
  
• Configure and maintain secure site-to-site, point-to-site, and virtual network peering connections via Azure ExpressRoute and various VPN protocols.
  
• Conduct regular audits and optimization of network infrastructure to align with evolving business requirements and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in network engineering and architecture within the IT Services sector.
  
• Proven expertise in Cisco Meraki SD-WAN deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
  
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching principles and configuration.
  
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Barracuda Firewall administration.
  
• Proficiency in implementing Netskope SASE solutions for secure remote access.
  
• Strong command over DHCP and IPAM protocols for network resource management.
  
• Extensive background in Cisco CUCM and VoIP system integration.
  
• Advanced skills in Azure networking, including ExpressRoute and VPN configurations (S2S, P2S, VNet Peering).
  
• Demonstrated ability to design secure, high-availability network environments.
