DATA ARCHITECT

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of our data ecosystem within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role involves defining robust data strategies that support complex enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration between legacy and modern cloud systems. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of high-performance data solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and data integrity to empower organizational decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the deployment of advanced data modeling solutions utilizing DAX and robust Row-Level Security (RLS) protocols.
  
• Design and maintain secure connectivity frameworks, including ODBC configurations and On-Premises Data Gateway implementations.
  
• Establish and enforce comprehensive data quality standards and governance policies across the enterprise.
  
• Develop metadata-driven architectural frameworks to ensure flexibility and maintainability of data systems.
  
• Manage data ingestion pipelines using tools like Fivetran to facilitate efficient movement of information.
  
• Lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives to create a single source of truth for critical business entities.
  
• Execute complex integration strategies bridging legacy ERP systems with modern Cloud ERP platforms.
  
• Utilize SQL Server 2025 and standard SQL Server capabilities to optimize database performance and reliability.
  
• Oversee the integration of NetSuite ERP and other enterprise resource planning systems into the broader data architecture.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in data architecture and engineering within the IT Services industry.
  
• Deep expertise in DAX for complex analytical modeling and Row-Level Security implementation.
  
• Proven proficiency with ODBC connectivity and configuring On-Premises Data Gateways.
  
• Strong background in establishing Data Quality frameworks and Metadata-Driven Architecture patterns.
  
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, specifically Fivetran, for data integration.
  
• Demonstrated success in implementing Master Data Management solutions.
  
• Extensive knowledge of integrating Legacy ERP systems with Cloud ERP environments.
  
• Advanced skills in SQL Server, including specific experience with SQL Server 2025 features.
  
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and its integration capabilities within enterprise data landscapes.
  
• Compensation range for this position is ₹₹15-20 LPA.
