CorreggioNET
Social Media Officer
Posted Jun 22, 2026 · Application deadline: Sep 20, 2026
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi and take full ownership of the online presence of Correggio, as well as the personal LinkedIn profiles of selected directors. Although our companies are well established offline, our digital presence does not yet reflect our reputation. We post reactively, lack brand consistency, and are not presenting ourselves as the connected ecosystem we truly are. There is already a wealth of content available, we need someone who can extract it, refine it, and adapt it for each platform and audience. Working on-site in our Abu Dhabi office, the Social Media Manager will build and execute a clear social media strategy, create content, design graphics, edit video, and ensure visual and tonal consistency across all accounts. This role requires initiative, creativity, and the ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously. It is not a rigidly defined position; we are an ambitious, fast-growing company and need someone who is mentally flexible, proactive, and committed to understanding our business and the European energy sector. Prior industry knowledge is not required, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential. If you want to build something meaningful, shape our digital identity, and make a real impact, this role offers that opportunity.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and self-directed Social Media professional with at least one year of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn accounts in a B2B environment. They bring strong creative and analytical capabilities, with proven ability to design graphics, edit video content, and produce visually consistent materials across multiple brands. They are proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe, and PowerPoint, and can translate analytics into actionable insights to refine strategy and improve performance. They are highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and content streams simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift. They demonstrate curiosity, mental flexibility, and a genuine willingness to learn the European energy sector and understand the business deeply. They communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with directors and the wider team, and maintain a professional and credible online presence. They take initiative, contribute ideas, and uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints. A portfolio of past work and familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer is a strong advantage.
