Fulfillment Executive / Picker & Packer

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Location: Nagarabhavi (NGB area), Bengaluru

Salary: ₹2.5 – 3 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a Fulfillment Executive / Picker & Packer to accurately pick, verify, pack, and dispatch customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
• Scan and verify SKU, product, and quantity before packing.
• Check product condition before dispatch.
• Pack electronics and small components safely using proper packing materials and anti-static bags where required.
• Prepare shipping labels and hand over shipments to Blue Dart before the daily dispatch cut-off.
• Support product receiving and storage when required.
• Report missing, damaged, wrong, or excess products immediately.
• Handle products carefully and safely; ability to lift packages up to 25 kg.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Meet daily picking, packing, and dispatch targets.

Requirements

Freshers welcome — full practical training provided.

• Reliable, careful, physically active, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and complete orders accurately and on time.
• Physical capability to safely handle and lift packages up to 25 kg.
• Basic scanning/computer literacy for order processing and label generation.
