We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head with strong expertise in the Paper Industry to independently manage end-to-end procurement, vendor management, supply chain coordination, invoice management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing, quotations, negotiations, POs and delivery follow-ups.
• Identify, evaluate and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve commercial issues.
• Coordinate invoice verification, discrepancies and payment processing.
• Manage supply chain coordination with suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory requirements and procurement schedules.
• Handle procurement-related administration, contracts and documentation.
• Drive cost optimization and ensure adherence to procurement processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong procurement and vendor management experience in the Paper Industry.
• Good knowledge of supply chain and commercial operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vendors and requirements.
