What You'll Do:

⚖️ Manage all aspects of insurance defense cases from inception through trial or settlement

📝 Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents

🎤 Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

🔎 Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients

🤝 Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for case strategy development

📈 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

What We're Looking For:

✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in the state required

✅ Minimum 8 years' experience in insurance defense litigation

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✅ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

✅ Proven track record of managing complex caseloads independently
