TA Manager (Delivery and Operations) to join our team in the Bangalore office. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire TA team while also contributing as a hands-on technical recruiter.

Requirements

Team Leadership & Performance Management
- End-to-End Oversight: Lead, mentor, and monitor the TA team to ensure high productivity and accountability from sourcing to onboarding.
- Process Improvement: Audit internal recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve "hit ratios" and reduce time-to-fill.
- Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex hiring challenges and internal process friction.

Technical Recruitment
- Full-Cycle "Player" Role: Actively manage a personal pipeline of high-priority technical roles, including screening, validation, and closing.
- Direct Sourcing: Identify passive top-tier talent using advanced Boolean searches and headhunting for niche technical requirements.

Stakeholder & Account Management
- Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and cultural nuances.
- Demand Forecasting: Translate feedback into actionable hiring plans to prepare for upcoming project demands.

Candidate Lifecycle & Negotiation
- Candidate Care: Monitor the journey from screening to onboarding to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Expert Negotiation: Lead salary negotiations to balance budget constraints with market benchmarks.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and IT to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Operational Excellence & Tech Mastery
- CRM Optimization: Leverage the Zoho ecosystem to automate manual tasks and ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Reporting: Provide real-time updates on team performance, pipeline health, and closing statistics.
