Blending Operator

The Blending Operator shall be responsible for operating and monitoring blending and related equipment for Bottling and RTD operations while ensuring process quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the DM Plant and maintain the required water quality as per SOP.

• Operate blending equipment and related machines used in Bottling and RTD operations.

• Measure and prepare ingredients and materials required for blending.

• Carry out blend transfer and return during production.

• Check and maintain the required temperature and pressure of tanks.

• Monitor pasteurization and carbonation processes as per quality requirements.

• Check machines and equipment regularly to ensure they are running properly.

• Monitor blend and ENA stock and maintain required quantities.

• Keep the blending area clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

• Follow workplace safety practices and report any equipment or process issues.

Educational Qualification:
+2 or Higher Secondary completed.

Experience Required:
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Hands-on experience with basic Computer and MS Office tools, i.e., Word, Excel.

• Positive attitude, loyal and sincere.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in blending operations.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
