Associate Marketing Manager - Vertoz

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives across various entities of Vertoz. In this role, you will be responsible for our daily marketing operations, blending content creation, event coordination, and cross-functional & cross-departmental project management. From social media campaigns and managing our online reputation (ORM) to building high-impact pitch decks and optimizing our digital presence through SEO, AEO, and GEO, you will play a critical part in elevating the Vertoz brand.

What you will do:

•Social Media & Content Strategy: Drive social media posts and comprehensive campaigns across different Vertoz entities, while creating engaging content for internal and external emailers.

•Event Coordination: Manage end-to-end event logistics, including booking event passes and collaborating on all necessary event collaterals.

•Digital Presence & ORM: Update website content across Vertoz brands and manage our Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring reviews on Google, Glassdoor, and Ambitionbox.

•Search Optimization: Apply adequate, up-to-date knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to maximize our digital footprint.

•Presentations & Pitch Decks: Craft compelling pitch decks and other miscellaneous presentations tailored to various business needs.

•Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) reports and provide comprehensive weekly analyses of all marketing tasks completed.

•Creative Coordination: Act as one of the liaisons with the graphics and web development teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing projects and website updates.

•Inter-departmental Alignment: Coordinate closely with multiple internal departments to align and execute broader marketing initiatives effectively.

Requirements

•Experience: 4 to 5 years.

•Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern search trends (SEO, AEO, GEO) and ORM platforms (Google, Glassdoor, Ambition box). ·

•Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for content creation and cross-departmental collaboration. ·

•Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, manage projects, and deliver reports on strict weekly deadlines. ·

•Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Publer, Power BI, MS Excel, Social Media platforms.

•Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for optimizing content to be clear, authoritative, and factually rigorous.

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, media studies or another discipline, MBA in Marketing would be a plus.
