Jr. Data Analyst

Analyze data from Zoho and other business systems to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain Zoho Dashboards to track business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
Use Zoho Analytics to gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Generate business insights and recommendations based on data trends, patterns, and analysis.
Prepare and process data for further analysis using data prep techniques and tools.
Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives and reporting needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data reports.
Utilize Zoho IoT for data integration and analysis from connected devices, sensors, and machines.
Monitor the performance of dashboards and data models, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho Analytics and dashboard-related issues.

Experience: 2-4 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Analytics, data preparation, Zoho IoT, business insight generation, and dashboard creation
