• Manage and sustain Core HR operations within the Oracle HCM platform to ensure precise employee records and regulatory compliance.

• Direct talent management efforts, including succession planning, tracking of learning and development, and career progression mapping.
• Create and examine HR analytics to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
• Offer specialized assistance and resolution support to users navigating Oracle HCM modules and features.
• Partner with HR leadership to synchronize system capabilities with business goals and shifting organizational demands.
