DM HR & ADMIN (Factory) - BBJ Pipe Industries (Pvt.) Limited

Our client BBJ Pipe Industries (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a DM HR & ADMIN (Factory) in Phool Nagar.

1.    Manage factory administration, discipline, security, transport, housekeeping, and general facilities.
2.    Supervise attendance, leaves, overtime, employee records, and HR-related activities at the factory.
3.    Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, manpower requirements, and employee grievance handling.
4.    Ensure compliance with labour laws, EOBI, PESSI/Social Security, and company HR policies.
5.    Monitor factory safety, cleanliness, security protocols, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
6.    Prepare HR/Admin reports and coordinate with management for operational and employee-related matters.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Factory Administration and HR, preferably in a manufacturing/pipe industry.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, EOBI/PESSI and industrial relations.
• Excellent skills in administration, employee discipline, attendance and workforce management.
• Good communication, leadership, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/attendance management systems.
