Entry Level Sales Representative

Full-Time | In-Office | Health Insurance Sales | Base Salary + Commission | Entry-Level Opportunity

Start Your Sales Career With Pre-Qualified Leads

Highland Health Direct is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives.

If you're confident communicating with people, enjoy helping customers make informed decisions, and are interested in developing a career in sales, this is an opportunity to build valuable experience in the health insurance industry.

You'll work with pre-qualified leads from customers who have already expressed interest in insurance solutions, allowing you to focus on understanding their needs, explaining available options, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

No previous insurance sales experience is required. Training and support are provided to help you learn our products, sales process, and customer approach.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in health insurance products.

  • Speak with prospective customers by phone and other communication channels.

  • Ask questions to understand customers' needs, priorities, and coverage goals.

  • Explain available insurance options, features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.

  • Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process.

  • Help customers compare available options based on their individual needs.

  • Guide qualified customers through the application and enrollment process.

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

  • Manage your pipeline and follow established sales processes.

  • Participate in training and team meetings.

  • Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

No previous insurance sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and other communication channels.

  • Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with new people.

  • Strong active listeners who can understand customer needs.

  • Able to explain information clearly and answer questions effectively.

  • Willing to learn insurance products, sales processes, and industry requirements.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented environment.

  • Positive and professional when handling questions or objections.

  • Comfortable working full-time in an in-office environment.

  • At least 18 years old.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Able to meet any applicable licensing or regulatory requirements.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary plus commission. Estimated annual earnings are $60,000–$120,000, depending on individual sales performance and other factors. Actual earnings may vary.
