Construction General Labourers

We are hiring reliable and physically fit Construction General Labourers for projects in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Candidates will assist construction crews with general site activities, material handling, cleanup, and other labour-intensive duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move construction materials.
  
• Assist skilled trades and site crews.
  
• Perform site preparation and cleanup.
  
• Remove debris and maintain a safe work area.
  
• Assist with demolition, digging, lifting, and material handling.
  
• Use basic hand and power tools as required.
  
• Follow instructions from Site Supervisors and Forepersons.
  
• Follow all construction-site health and safety procedures.
  

Requirements

• Previous construction experience preferred.
  
• Physically capable of lifting and handling construction materials.
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
  
• Safety boots and appropriate PPE required.
  
• Experience with basic hand and power tools is an asset.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  
• Able to work effectively as part of a construction crew.
  
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
