Role Overview

As an Entry Level Insurance Sales Agent at Leathers and Associates, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, engaging with walk-in customers on our dynamic sales floor. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the retail space, creating a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
• Understand Needs: Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, asking insightful questions to identify the best solutions.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our diverse product offerings, enabling you to effectively present features and benefits.
• Sales Cycle Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation and product demonstration to negotiation and closing the sale.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals, sharing best practices and supporting one another.
• Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked appropriately.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, plus commission opportunities that reward your performance and drive.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a mobile device with cellular data and home internet access.
• Eagerness to learn and obtain Property and Casualty Insurance and Life and Health Insurance licenses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and customer service.
• A strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
