About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll take ownership of the entire customer journey—from generating leads and meeting with homeowners to presenting roofing solutions and closing the sale. What You'll Do

• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Guide customers from the initial conversation through signed agreements and project completion.

• Generate Opportunities: Maintain a high level of daily prospecting and consistently build your sales pipeline.

Your Earning Potential

Your success is in your hands. This role offers uncapped earning potential, with top-performing representatives typically earning between $75,000 and $300,000 annually based on performance. The harder you work, the greater your opportunity to succeed.
