We are recruiting for a reliable Cleaner to work at a professional banking premises in Armagh.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity involving lone working and key-holder responsibilities. Applicants must be dependable, security-conscious and comfortable working independently.

Duties

• General cleaning throughout the premises
  
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning offices and communal areas
  
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms
  
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
  
• Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  
• Following site security and health & safety procedures
  

Requirements

Valid Right to Work documentation
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
Comfortable with lone working
Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Good attention to detail
Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system

Saturday & Sunday: No work
