Require a SALES AND TRADE MARKETING OFFICER in Harare , Zimbabwe

• Drive sales and meet set volume and revenue targets.
  
• Manage debtor accounts and ensure customers settle overdue amounts in line with set terms.
  
• Gather market intelligence and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
  
• Manage product availability, including on-shelf availability (OSA), and address stock-related challenges.
  
• Build and cement lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  
• Develop and implement territory-specific secondary sales initiatives with the Trade Marketing Department.
  
• Manage selling assets.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
  

Requirements

• A Business, Sales or Marketing Degree.
  
• At least 3 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment; Alcoholic Beverages experience is an added advantage.
  
• Strong problem-solving ability.
  
• Ability to prioritise work and operate effectively in a pressurised environment.
  
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
  
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  
• Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
