Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting top talent, managing candidate communications, and assisting with interview coordination. Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying recruitment needs and job vacancies within the real estate sector. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. - Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws. - Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with real estate industry terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
