Associate Recruiter

Job Summary:

As an Associate Recruiter, you will own the hiring journey from the first conversation to the signed offer. You will work directly with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Marketing and more, helping them find people who will shape the next chapter of PlaySimple.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will not be a resume forwarder. You will be a trusted hiring partner whose judgement the business relies on.

Requirements

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closure
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand each role, set clear selection criteria and agree on realistic expectations
  
• Source strong candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networks and direct outreach
  
• Screen candidates for skills, potential and fit, and give hiring managers sharp, honest profile summaries
  
• Manage the candidate experience at every step, so people leave the process impressed even when they don't get the job
  
• Handle offer discussions, negotiations and notice-period closures to bring people on board
  
• Keep trackers and hiring data accurate, and share regular updates on pipeline and progress
  
• Suggest better ways to source, screen and hire as we grow
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Master's in Business Administration
  

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, including full-cycle hiring
  
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
  
• Clear, confident communication with candidates and senior stakeholders
  
• Good judgement: you can tell a strong profile from a polished one
  
• Ability to manage multiple open roles at once in a fast-paced environment
  
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in product companies, startups or gaming
  
• Experience closing senior or niche hires
  
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system
