TIER 3 IT SUPPORT & NOC ENGINEER

We are looking for a Tier 3 IT Support & NOC Engineer with advanced experience in Network Operations, troubleshooting, infrastructure monitoring, and critical incident resolution, capable of serving as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.

Key Technical Skills

✓ Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN

✓ Routing: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP

✓ Vendors: Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, Aruba/HP

✓ Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Fortinet, WatchGuard

✓ Monitoring: SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix

✓ Microsoft: Windows, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365

✓ Automation: PowerShell & RMM workflows

✓ Troubleshooting: DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, VoIP & Wi-Fi

✓ Incident Management: Escalations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & SLA management

✓ Security: EDR, SIEM, ACLs & incident response

Requisitos

Main Requirements

✓ 2+ years of experience in Network Operations / NOC

✓ Experience resolving complex incidents as Tier 3 / advanced escalation support

✓ Hands-on experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers

✓ Strong troubleshooting skills in routing, switching, and network connectivity

✓ Experience with network monitoring and traffic analysis tools

✓ Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

✓ Experience coordinating escalations with technicians, vendors, and other technical teams

✓ Strong English skills for technical communication and incident management
