PrimeTimer is looking for versatile and curious Content Writers who can create engaging, original, and well  researched stories across a wide range of entertainment and general interest verticals.
This is a dynamic writing role covering Pop Culture, Hollywood, Movies, TV Shows, Celebrity News, Human  Interest, Astronomy, True Crime, Podcasts, Reality TV, Daily Soaps, AI, and other trending topics.
We are looking for writers who can do more than rewrite information from other websites. The ideal  candidate should be able to find interesting story angles, research a topic independently, understand what  makes a story worth reading, and turns that research into natural, engaging articles for a general audience.
Writers will be expected to work on both planned and trending stories, with the ability to quickly adapt when  a topic starts gaining attention. Strong editorial judgment, curiosity, originality, and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write original and engaging articles across entertainment, pop culture, Hollywood, human interest,  astronomy, true crime, podcasts, and other assigned verticals.
  

• Research topics independently using reliable sources, official statements, interviews, social media posts,  databases, publications, and other credible references.
  

• Develop strong story angles instead of simply rewriting or summarizing existing coverage.
  

• Write articles that are easy to understand while still offering enough context, detail, and original value.
  

• Cover breaking developments, announcements, rumors, interviews, casting news, production updates,  celebrity stories, internet trends, and other relevant topics when required.
  

• Follow PrimeTimer's editorial, SEO, formatting, and style guidelines across all assigned content.
  

• Verify important names, dates, quotes, timelines, claims, and other factual details before submitting  articles.
  

• Clearly distinguish between confirmed information, reports, rumors, speculation, and opinions.
  

• Avoid plagiarism, unnecessary paraphrasing, keyword stuffing, generic filler, and content that provides  little value beyond what is already available elsewhere.
  

• Be willing to write outside your primary area of expertise as PrimeTimer's coverage spans multiple  verticals.
  

• Work closely with editors and content managers to improve story angles, headlines, structure, and overall article quality.
  

Requirements

• Ability to write for a broad, general audience rather than an overly technical or academic audience.
  
• Strong research skills and the ability to find information beyond the first search result.
  
• Strong understanding of pop culture, entertainment, Hollywood, television, movies, celebrities, and  internet trends.
  
• Curiosity about subjects outside entertainment, particularly human interest, astronomy, true crime, AI, podcasts, and emerging topics.
  
• Ability to write original stories rather than producing lightly rewritten versions of existing articles.
  
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple assignments when required.
  
• Willingness to accept editorial feedback and improve articles based on it.
  
• Strong attention to factual accuracy, names, dates, timelines, and context.
  
• Ability to adapt writing style and structure depending on the story and audience.
  

Additional expectations:

• Flexibility is important. Writers may occasionally need to adjust their schedules for breaking news, major  entertainment events, live developments, or high priority stories.
  
• Writers should be comfortable handling different topics and switching between verticals when editorial  priorities change.
  
• The ability to work independently is important. Writers should be able to research a topic, identify the  relevant information, and develop an article without requiring step by step instructions.
  
• Writers should be comfortable questioning information that appears unreliable or unsupported instead of treating every online claim as fact.
  
• A genuine interest in entertainment, pop culture, digital media, or current trends is highly preferred.
