Lobby Attendant Job Description

Stratton Amenities is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.

We are seeking engaging, energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests in our luxury residential high-rises. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
  
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
  
• Takes pride and ownership in the position and property
  
• Ability to respond promptly and courteously to residents’ and guests’ needs
  
• Minimum two years of hospitality, customer service, or front-facing service experience
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a naturally welcoming demeanor
  
• Organized, proactive, productive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  
• Neat, polished, and professionally groomed appearance
  
• Ability to think clearly, remain composed, and make quick decisions under pressure
  

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and open doors for residents, guests, and visitors
  
• Provide a seamless arrival and departure experience, offering assistance with bags, packages, umbrellas, and curbside needs
  
• Maintain a strong presence at the front entry and ensure the lobby entrance remains clean, orderly, and welcoming
  
• Monitor front entry activity to support resident safety and building security
  
• Manage vehicle and pedestrian flow at the front drive; assist with rideshare, deliveries, and authorized vendor access
  
• Communicate professionally in person and via radio or phone
  
• Coordinate with the concierge and management team to support building operations
  
• Assist with package handling and deliveries as needed
  
• Provide directions, local information, and general assistance with a polished, guest-focused demeanor
  
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all building standards
  
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
  
•   Able to work outdoors, in heat and cold weather.
  

Experience Requirements

• Background in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or related front-facing roles
  
• Proven experience delivering exceptional guest service
