 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) professional to drive business transformation, analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into effective technology-enabled solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver business solutions.
• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and translate high-level business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Develop and refine business models, processes, and operating models.
• Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support transformation initiatives and guide implementation of key programs.
• Make team-level decisions and contribute to cross-team strategic decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

 Required Skills

 SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) – Mandatory
 5+ years of relevant SAP BRIM SOM experience
 Strong business process analysis and solution design skills
 Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions
 Business case development and transformation experience
Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

 Education: 15 years of full-time education required
