Software Engineer

We are looking for experienced Software Solution Engineers who combine strong software development expertise with business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Depending on your technical background, your expertise may be focused on IBM i (AS/400) development, IBM i with ARCAD, or Full Stack Development with Angular.

As a Software Solution Engineer, you will design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve software solutions that support critical business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other IT colleagues to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and effective technical solutions.

Requirements

Strong development experience in at least one key area: IBM i (AS/400), IBM i with ARCAD, or Full Stack Development with Angular.

Business analysis skills, with experience translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Experience supporting business-critical applications, including development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

Proactive, team-first and learning-oriented mindset, including curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and active use of AI tools to improve quality and productivity.
