About the Role

Our Client is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can create high-quality static and video creatives across digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, Quick Commerce, packaging, and brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across multiple digital and offline platforms. The role requires strong design skills along with an understanding of social media, performance marketing, e-commerce, and consumer-facing brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance & Digital Marketing

• Design static and video creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube advertisements.
  
• Create promotional creatives for Quick Commerce platforms.
  
• Design creatives for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and similar platforms.
  
• Create offline marketing materials including posters, danglers, standees, and promotional creatives.
  
• Adapt and optimize creatives based on campaign requirements and performance feedback.
  

2. Social Media & Content

• Design posts, Reels, Stories, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  
• Support the marketing team with creative concepts and visual storytelling.
  
• Stay updated with current social media design and content trends.
  
• Develop visually engaging content aligned with the brand's communication and marketing objectives.
  

3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit short-form videos, Reels, advertisements, and product videos.
  
• Create basic motion graphics, transitions, animations, and text overlays.
  
• Adapt video content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
  
• Ensure visual quality and consistency across video content.
  

4. E-commerce & Website

• Create website banners, product visuals, listing images, and promotional creatives.
  
• Develop platform-specific creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
  
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
  
• Create visually appealing product communication for online platforms.
  

5. Packaging & Brand Collateral

• Support packaging design and product communication materials.
  
• Design flyers, inserts, brochures, standees, and other brand collaterals.
  
• Maintain consistency across all visual communication and brand guidelines.
  
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across final creative outputs.
  

6. Campaign Support

• Create creatives for product launches, offers, festivals, and seasonal campaigns.
  
• Support major marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  
• Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver work within agreed timelines.
  
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to execute campaign requirements effectively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
  
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
    
  • Adobe Illustrator
    
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
    
  • After Effects
    
  • CapCut
    
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Ability to create both static and video creatives.
  
• Understanding of social media and performance marketing creatives.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Ability to manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with FMCG, D2C, Food & Beverage, or consumer brands.
  
• Knowledge of Canva and Figma.
  
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Google Flow, and similar tools.
  
• Basic understanding of advertising hooks and marketing copy.
  
• Experience creating e-commerce and Quick Commerce creatives.
  
• Experience working on product-based brand campaigns.
