The ideal candidate will be experienced in a fast-paced kitchen environment, capable of producing high-quality dishes consistently, and contribute to a well-organised and efficient kitchen team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a catering, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  

• Pastry experience will be advantageous.
  

• Must have own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
  

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  

• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food served.
  

• Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen organisation.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
  

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  

• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  

• Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
