Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer – Precast for a precast manufacturing project located at Hedri, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities as per the production plan and supervising the casting of precast elements such as columns, beams, slabs, wall panels and staircases. The role includes mould preparation, reinforcement fixing, embedment placement, concrete pouring, vibration, finishing and curing. The candidate will also coordinate with the batching plant, QA/QC, dispatch and site teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery. Maintaining production reports, controlling material wastage, following quality standards and ensuring safety and housekeeping will also be part of the role.

Requirements

The candidate should have 4–8 years of experience in precast production or RCC construction, with preferably 3+ years of hands-on experience in a precast plant or casting yard. Qualification should be Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of precast production, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete technology, mould preparation and production planning is required. The candidate should be able to read structural and production drawings and should have experience in industrial, infrastructure or precast projects. Good communication, team coordination, MS Excel and daily reporting skills are also required.
