Ground Service Staff

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused and responsible Male & Female candidates for the position of Ground Service Staff at airport facilities. The role involves supporting passengers and airport operations while ensuring a smooth and professional travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers at various airport service points.
  
• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, arrival and departure procedures.
  
• Verify passenger information and assist with boarding passes and travel documentation as required.
  
• Guide passengers to check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage areas and other airport facilities.
  
• Assist with baggage-related procedures and direct passengers to the appropriate baggage services.
  
• Provide information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates and airport facilities.
  
• Assist senior citizens, children and passengers requiring special assistance.
  
• Handle passenger queries and provide courteous and professional support.
  
• Coordinate with relevant airport/airline teams to ensure smooth passenger movement.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
  
• Graduates: Preferred
  
• Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant airport, aviation, hospitality or customer-service experience is an advantage.
  
• Gender: Male & Female
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Good customer-service and passenger-handling skills.
