Diagnostic Radiologist | $100K Sign-On & No Breast Imaging | Harborcreek, PA

Healthcare United is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a full-time, permanent, primarily onsite opportunity in northwestern Pennsylvania, near Harborcreek. Join an established imaging team with eight general radiologists, three interventional radiologists, and three dedicated breast imagers.

Practice across CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and general diagnostic radiology. This role does not require breast imaging. General procedures may include fluoroscopy, myelograms, thyroid biopsies, and lumbar punctures. Strong cross-sectional imaging skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

The schedule includes Monday–Friday day shifts with no travel between sites. Weekday and weekend coverage is shared equally among radiologists, averaging 1:4. Work alongside an experienced team with broad imaging resources and support for patient-centered care.

The advertised annual compensation range is $500,000–$650,000, excluding eligible productivity incentives. A $100,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped productivity incentives, and eligibility for up to $40,000 in additional quality, retention, and onsite incentives complement generous PTO, CME days, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Radiology residency.
• American Board Eligible or Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Radiology.
• Strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging and a broad range of general radiology procedures.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and necessary credentials.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills.
• No visa sponsorship at this time.
