• Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient clinic services for general ENT cases (all ages)
• Perform surgical procedures in the OR (5 days per month)
• Provide 24-hour call coverage as scheduled (including Dec 23-29)
• Manage patient care in clinic and hospital settings
• Collaborate with support staff and other specialists
