Senior Financial & Investment Analyst

Job Summary:

Responsible for financial modeling, project feasibility analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring to support investment decisions, assess project viability, and improve financial performance.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build, maintain, and update financial models to support project feasibility, planning, and decision-making.
  

• Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to assess project performance, profitability, and financial health.
  

• Prepare and update sales and revenue forecasts based on market trends, historical data, pricing, and sales absorption assumptions.
  

• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts to assess project liquidity and funding requirements.
  

• Prepare project budget estimates covering development costs, financing, and other relevant project expenses.
  

• Develop base, upside, and downside financial scenarios and conduct sensitivity analyses on pricing, sales absorption, costs, and financing assumptions.
  

• Conduct market research, business intelligence, and competitive analysis to support financial assumptions, evaluate opportunities, and identify potential risks.
  

• Review project inventory, product mix, pricing, and release phasing to assess revenue potential and alignment with approved business plans.
  

• Monitor project progress, milestones, and potential risks, evaluating their impact on budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
  

• Maintain accurate financial models, project data, and supporting databases to ensure data integrity and reliable analysis.
  

• Prepare financial reports and professional presentations for senior management and investment committees, highlighting feasibility, performance, key risks, and recommendations.
  

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering / Mathematics, Applied Sciences or related disciplines.
  
• 3 - 5 years of experience in related fields
  
• Communication skills - Analytical skills - Financial Modeling Techniques Proficiency
  
• Proficiency in MS Office – Fluency in English
