Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Industrial Engineering with strong hands-on experience in industrial engineering functions within a reputed manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for capacity planning, manpower optimization, manufacturing layout improvement, new line setup, productivity enhancement, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform capacity calculation and capacity planning to support production requirements.
  
• Conduct manpower estimation and workforce planning for manufacturing operations.
  
• Optimize manufacturing layouts to improve operational efficiency, material flow, and space utilization.
  
• Lead and support Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing line setup projects.
  
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives across production operations.
  
• Plan and execute productivity improvement projects.
  
• Conduct time studies, motion studies, and work measurement activities.
  
• Implement line balancing and resource optimization techniques.
  
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Support Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma projects.
  
• Analyze manufacturing data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve overall operational performance.
