Fireweave is building the AI Release Engineer for engineering teams — a new category at the intersection of AI agents, DevOps, release management, and engineering productivity.

About the role

We're looking for a high-energy Founding Growth PM to help us turn early customer conversations into repeatable GTM motion. This role is ideal for an ex-founder, early startup operator, or entrepreneurial PM who wants to be close to product, customers, and company-building from day one.

You'll work directly with the founders across customer discovery, design partners, product feedback, positioning, outbound experiments, demos, and early GTM execution.

What you'll do

• Run customer discovery and synthesize product/GTM insights
  
• Help manage design partners, pilots, and customer follow-ups
  
• Create sharp positioning, sales collateral, demos, and customer narratives
  
• Run outbound and growth experiments to identify repeatable demand
  
• Translate customer pain into product, roadmap, and messaging input
  
• Help build the early GTM motion from 0 to 1
  

Ideal profile

• Former founder, early startup operator, or highly entrepreneurial PM
  
• High ownership, high urgency, and founder-like energy
  
• Strong communication, product judgment, and customer empathy
  
• Comfortable talking to engineering leaders and technical buyers
  
• Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure from scratch
  
• Interest in dev tools, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, or engineering productivity
