About the Employer

Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity

Coordinate property inspections, acoustic treatments and remediation for owners affected by major infrastructure works.

Your Work

• Oversee treatment packages from initial inspections to completion and provide practical constructability input.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and utilities and respond professionally to owner enquiries.
• Manage subcontract performance, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Track budgets, schedules, payment claims, approvals and contractual hold points.
• Maintain reliable property records in GIS, SharePoint and project systems and support condition surveys.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• Experience in property interfaces, construction, infrastructure, project management or contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and communicate confidently with owners, consultants and authorities.
• Commercial and administrative skills across budgets, contracts, programmes and claims.
• Practical understanding of construction methods and site delivery.
• Organisation and tact when handling sensitive enquiries and complaints.
• Residential retrofit and acoustic-treatment experience is highly desirable.
