Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person, school-based position in Laurens, South Carolina. The selected candidate will provide speech and language services to middle school students across 2–3 schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to middle school students.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable speech and language goals.
  
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  
• Complete evaluation reports, progress notes, and other required documentation.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school administrators, and other professionals to support student development.
  
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student educational planning.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and school-based service requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in South Carolina.
  
• South Carolina teaching certification.
  
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to provide in-person services across multiple school locations.
  

Compensation and Schedule

• Competitive pay: $60–$65 per hour.
  
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
  
• All time paid: Direct and indirect work time compensated at the same hourly rate.
  
• Contract arrangement: 1099 independent contractor position.
  
• Work location: In person at 2–3 schools in Laurens, SC.
