Brand Manager

Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the strategic and commercial management of the Swarovski and Montblanc brands, covering brand strategy, merchandising, marketing, customer engagement and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing premium consumer brands, preferably within leading FMCG, luxury, fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies.
  
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.
  
• Develop and implement brand marketing plans.
  
• Coordinate merchandising and product presentation.
  
• Monitor sales, profitability and brand performance.
  
• Analyze consumer behaviour and market trends.
  
• Develop promotional and activation plans.
  
• Coordinate campaigns with Marketing, Sales and Retail teams.
  
• Maintain brand standards and positioning.
  
• Manage relationships with brand principals and partners where applicable.
  
• Monitor competitor activity.
  
• Prepare brand performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  
• 7–10 years' brand management experience.
  
• Experience managing premium/luxury consumer brands.
  
• FMCG experience from a leading organization is highly desirable.
  
• Strong commercial and analytical capability
