Your Responsibilities :

• Advising domestic and international clients on Luxembourg tax matters.
• Assisting with corporate restructurings, M&A transactions and cross-border tax issues.
• Drafting tax memoranda and legal opinions.
• Conducting legal research and preparing client documentation.
• Working closely with experienced partners on high-value matters.

Your Profile :

• 2 to 4 years' experience as a Tax Lawyer.
• Registered on List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
• Fluent in French and English.
• German would be considered a strong asset.
• Strong technical skills with a pragmatic and commercial mindset.
