⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:

• Source and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Work closely with our Singapore-based team to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability for available opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidates informed with timely updates, feedback, and support at each stage of the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment records in our ATS.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and provide a positive, professional recruitment experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Any Bachelor's degree

✅ Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
