PRE SCHOOL TEACHER

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool children. Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment. Teach basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, shapes, phonics, and vocabulary. . Organize creative activities including drawing, painting, crafts, music, storytelling, and role play. . Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. . Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain appropriate records. . Support children in developing good manners, communication skills, independence, and positive behaviour. . Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Requirements

. Bachelor’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field. . Previous experience working with preschool or young children is preferred. . Good communication and interpersonal skills. . Patience, kindness, creativity, and a caring attitude toward children. . Ability to plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities. . Knowledge of basic child development and classroom management. . Ability to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. . Good organizational and time-management skills. . Ability to work effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff. . Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing learning materials. . First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage. . Commitment to child safety, well-being, and inclusive learning.
Qualifications

. Bachelor’s/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Montessori Education, or a related field. . Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning environment is preferred.
