Lead Physical Therapist

A facility near Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team! Comprehensive Benefits Program that starts Day 1!
Pay: $44-$79/hr

Physical Therapist Lead Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
  
• Day Shift; Monday-Friday
  
• Lead and mentor the physical therapy team, supporting staff development, clinical growth, and high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  
• Oversee day-to-day PT operations, including staffing, scheduling, delegation, communication, and coordination with other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care.
  
• Provide hands-on patient care while driving clinical excellence, completing evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and interventions while promoting positive patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
  

Physical Therapist Lead Qualifications:

• Must have completed an accredited Physical Therapist program
  
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
  
• Previous experience in an inpatient setting preferred
  
• Three or more years of experince required
