We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and engaging suppliers to ensure we source the best materials and services at optimal cost and quality. What You'll Do:

• Build and run direct outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels to reach candidates in adjacent industries, not just the industry named in the job title.
• Identify and message candidates from private banking, wealth management, premium insurance, five-star hospitality and concierge, luxury retail, and high-end event or wedding planning, based on transferable competency rather than job title match.
• Screen resumes and candidates against underlying competencies (multi-week consultative sales cycles, relationship or account ownership, exposure to affluent or discerning clients) instead of filtering by industry tags or exact title match.
• Write and maintain Boolean search strings and ATS keyword set for each open role and refine them based on what is and is not converting.
• Manage a personal outreach cadence, target minimum 15 to 20 direct candidate messages per open niche role per week.
• Track sourcing channel performance and report which industries and search strings are producing qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate a generic job requisition into a competency profile before sourcing begins.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in targeted passive sourcing
• Proven experience in direct or executive-search-style sourcing, not primarily inbound applicant screening.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools to build Boolean search strings and run cold outreach.
• Experience recruiting for consultative or relationship-based sales roles, ideally across more than one industry.
• Track record of filling roles where the obvious candidate pool was too small or too passive, and a wider sourcing net was required.
• BPO or shared services recruitment background is a plus but is not a substitute for direct sourcing experience.
• Strong written communication for cold outreach that gets replies, not just messages sent.
