What You'll Do:

🖥️ Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person

🔧 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

📋 Log and track incidents using service desk tools

🗂️ Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams

👩‍💻 Assist with user account setup and access management

✔️ Ensure timely resolution of tickets within agreed SLAs

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role

✅ Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
