Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Minnesota school district to recruit a qualified Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher for a full-time K–1 position during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with early elementary students and brings a collaborative, adaptable approach to meeting diverse learning needs.

The selected teacher will provide specialized instruction tailored to students’ academic, behavioral, and developmental goals while maintaining a structured and supportive classroom environment. You’ll collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, related service providers, and families to implement individualized learning strategies, monitor student progress, and promote positive participation across educational settings.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Special Education or a related field and possess a valid Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate Special Education endorsement for the assignment. Experience working in cross-categorical, resource, or self-contained settings is strongly preferred. Strong classroom management, communication, organization, and teamwork skills are also essential.
