Mobile ADAS Technician

Overview

A mobile automotive diagnostic and repair service covering Mid-Atlantic body shops and repair shops is hiring an experienced Mobile Automotive Technician for the Lancaster, PA territory. You will diagnose and repair everyday through high-end vehicles in the field and support shop partners with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues for body shops and repair shops in your territory
• Service everyday through high-end vehicles and adapt across platforms
• Build and maintain professional relationships with shop partners
• Represent the service on-site with clear communication and strong customer presence
• Manage your day in the field efficiently within an approximate 30-mile service radius
• Cover Lancaster, PA and partner body shops in the area (expansion market)

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive technician experience (not an entry-level or warehouse role)
• Ability to work on everyday through high-end vehicles and adapt across platforms
• Comfort working independently in a mobile / field setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience calling on or working with collision and repair shops
• Light sales or relationship-building presence with shop partners
• Ability to ramp quickly with limited training

Compensation and Benefits

• Total compensation $70,000 - $90,000 (starting base around $70,000 plus territory-based commissions and bonuses)
