RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Excellence: - Assist in providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. - Learn and apply standards of hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and handling customer inquiries. Food & Beverage Operations: - Gain exposure to various F&B outlets, such as restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. - Support in setting up dining areas, preparing mise en place, and ensuring tables are properly set according to service standards. Menu Knowledge and Assistance: - Acquire knowledge about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings. - Assist in explaining menu items to guests and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Team Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with F&B staff to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient operations. - Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless communication during service periods.
