Job Summary

Shakti Harman is looking for a Project Sales professional with experience in building materials, doors, or related products. The candidate will be responsible for project sales, business development, architect and consultant engagement, and order closure across residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales and business development for doors and related building materials.
  

• Meet architects, consultants, and project decision-makers to promote products and secure specifications.
  

• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, follow up, and close orders.
  

• Develop new customers and territories while managing existing client relationships.
  

• Conduct project site visits to assess requirements and site conditions.
  

• Coordinate with technical, design, installation, and service teams for drawings, order execution, and dispatch.
  

• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain sales reports as required by management.
  

Requirements

• 4–9 years of experience in project sales or technical/specification sales.
  

• Experience in Hollow Metal Doors (HMD), Industrial Doors, Glazed Doors, or related building materials is preferred.
  

• Knowledge of products such as fire-rated doors, UPVC doors and windows, facades, glass, aluminium cladding, or architectural glazing systems will be an advantage.
  

• Strong business development, negotiation, client management, and order-closing skills.
  

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
