The firm advises clients across litigation, employment, and transactional matters, combining legal expertise with practical business judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead litigation matters from inception through resolution with support from experienced attorneys and mentors.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and appear in court.
• Represent clients in mediations and complex negotiations.
• Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate contracts and transactions.
• Support entity formation, governance, and business operations.
• Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor.

 
Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Business-minded and client-focused approach.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and professional ambition.
